Best example of not giving a fuck is your political beliefs. You chat with a girl and can tell she leans heavily on one side of the political compass and in fact the complete opposite of what you believe in.

Now most dudes are gonna be pussies and lie by agreeing with whatever politics comes out of a girls mouth in hopes of getting in her pants. But dudes who don't give a fuck will be like "while i respect your opinion I still believe (insert political take here). If the girl rejects him for his honest opinion so be it, he acted his true honest self despite costing him that girl.

Think of this team as meaning either "I care" or "I don't care" and then try and apply that to healthy situations. If someone insults you saying "I hate your hair" for example, you have to think to yourself "Do you care" and "Should you care"? If you personally like your hair but the the comment is coming from your grandmother, it may not bother you because she doesn't know much about hair and you like it anyway. But if your barber or hair stylist hates your hair, then you may care and want to listen. So it's a judgement call.

The import point here, at least what I do, is consider if the person making the comment has much knowledge/credibility/authority. If they don't, then there comment shouldn't have as much weight to it. This is how I personally decide.

For me is being assertive. Just basically is a strong character who can stand up for himself and has an opinion even if it's not that probably everyone would like to hear. Have own boundaries he lives by and he sticks to them and ofc maybe most importantly doesn't care about what people think of him so he doesn't need to fit in society's rules, he has his own rules he lives by so thatswhy he can stand out from the most of casual guys. One of the most attractive for girls too so it's not a bad thing if you're already that guy or you make yourself that guy somehow

If you care about something you are emotionally affected by it. The opposite of that is indifference. When you know you will be substantially emotionally affected by something, you approach it in a very different way before knowing what the finally out come will be. A sort of cautious nervous fear.

For a job interview you get nervous as hell - but you wouldn't if you didn't really want the job or already had offers pending and were just interviewing as a back-up. This shit works exactly the same for every part of life, nothing specific about it to women. You'll give a better public speech if you aren't going to be emotionally affected (embarrassed) if you make a mistake.
