Wear a fuckin suit. Everywhere. Unless you're going to the kind of place where everyone wears a suit. Then dress like you just survived a hobo knife attack and instead of going to the hospital you came out to get a drink. But like... just barely enough to get past any dress codes.

A fashion sense is not something you can get from a few tips. One develops it over time. Cloth have to fit your personality and sub culture, accentuate your strength and downplay your weaknesses. People on the internet are not seeing you in real life, so their tips will always be slightly off.

Go to your local quality store and get professional advice. You don't need to beat around the bush when you are in the store, tell them how you want to look and which people you want to impress/attract.

I shop trendy clothes at shein for super cheap. You don’t need expensive to look good. Keep in mind girls go thriftiness for clothes all the time. There’s nothing wrong with shopping sales at H&M

Copy someone you like the style of but make sure they have a somewhat similar body shape to you. Eventually you can develop your own sense of style after copying.

You want a good fit and clothes with no flash

White/ black T-shirt with a good fit complimenting your figure. Skinny or decent fitting jeans (blue, black, grey) with a rip or two or not. I like ripped. Now that the weather is getting better I personally wear a bomber jacket or denim one on top. Maybe throw on a hoodie in between if it’s chilly

Accessory wise a nice watch (not smart) and a necklace and/ or simple bracelet

That’s it. Fit is king for the most part

Have a unique style. I wear a leather jacket, skinny jeans, motorcycle boots, lots of rings, bracelets, pendants, sunglasses. I'm noticed everywhere I go. It's not a look for everyone but those who like it really like it. And everyone can see I have style and confidence.

Your style might be different but still make it a bit loud. Be a rockstar.
