Prolonged eye contact with a girl is a huge sign. Women don’t go around using pick up lines to get guys, they have other more subtle ways.

When you talk to her next time notice if she gets more energy by your presence. She might talk more, laugh at bad jokes, have a hard time standing still and/or she gets an over-expressive face while you look at her.

I did this recently at a basketball game. Get her number at the register then ask her out over text later. Say “we’ve had good convos, I’d like to talk more when you aren’t busy at work. Let me get your number and we can chat more” after that ask her out over text later

That’s not really enough information to know if she’s into you. The eye contact is a good thing but a lot of guys make things out to be a bigger deal than they actually are. Next time you are talking with her and there’s not a line of people ask when she’s free to together. Don’t go to the store looking for her. Don’t wait around looking at her to make the perfect eye contact or for the perfect opportunity

Give her a complement about her appearance. How she responds will be a better way to determine if she thinks of you romantically. In any case, strike while the iron is hot. If you wait too long to act, situations and feelings change.

Couple things come to mind. 1) a rule of thumb - “if you are confused about whether or not a girl is into you, she isn’t” of course that applies more to when you’re actually talking. Sounds like y’all haven’t gotten there yet. Maybe n/a, but worth your consideration

2) “don’t shit where you eat” sounds like you go to this cafe often. Statistically the odds are against you that the two of you become fast friends or a couple and you’re long term happy you approached her.

At the end of the day fuck rules and follow your instincts. My only advice is to just try and engage and get to know this person. It doesn’t sound exactly like a pickup situation to me. You’ve had these interactions multiple times, so a lot of the pickup stuff has already sailed. That doesn’t mean you can’t make valuable friendships and connections and see where they take you!!! I’m just trying to say, things can get real awkward real quick when you bring romance/seduction into a customer oriented situation. Especially if it’s recurring.

Does she smile at you? Does she talk to you? Does she ever ask you a question?

If the answer is yes to any of these… ask her kindly and interested,

You’re very pretty. You have beautiful eyes. who are you seeing, who’s your boyfriend? Do I know him?

Personally, I like that question better than are you seeing someone, idk y but it feels better coming out of my mouth and I assume she is seeing someone. It just feels less straightforward, even though it’s really the same goal. You want to know if she is available. In addition you also get to feel how she feels about her bf if she has one. If a girl is into you and she doesn’t look so happy when she talks about her bf, well…

If she is happy talking about him, end.

If she has a bf, I’d say hmm, oh no I don’t know him. (If you live in a large city this may sound less reasonable as why would you know him, but I live in a moderate sized town, eventually most people do get to know one another by a degree or two.)

If she has a bf I’d be polite and not leave too quick, but that’s it.

If she says she has no boyfriend, perfect! Oh really? Well in that case, then how about dinner tomorrow night? (Smile)

If this goes nowhere, I’d forget it. I don’t like to be too pushy, but you do you. I’d say 3 strikes and your out.

You can check in from time to time and flirt a bit but keep it short and let her know you aren’t pursuing by staying kind, but keeping it brief… you can kinda linger for a moment, see if there’s a vibe, maybe she changed her mind… but not too long.

If she has any interest at all, a few visits would be it. If not, move on. Try somewhere else.

That’s what I would do I actually did very similar to this not too long ago with a cashier girl at a pharmacy and got a date. It helped a lot that there was no one in the store at the time and she was the only one working. That can be very difficult if you are under pressure with other’s around.

doesn’t matter because if you ask this question it means you don’t have what it takes to attract women, so even if she was interested as soon as she sees what kind of guy you are she will lose all interest
