I'm 32m and have been regularly cold approaching ever since I took a vacation to Atlanta in May and I live in a major city in the Southeast too, so there's plenty of approaching opportunities. My problem isn't approach anxiety, I have it and feel it then go forward, I'm just not good at cold approach. Been going direct lately after watching Todd V on Youtube but I get a lot of blowouts and "Thanks, but no thanks" kind of reactions. Have problems hooking in women, and I'm not good at thinking on my feet so I should probably have a plan of questions/statements to make when in set. I can approach and speak confidently and that seems to do me a lot better than going indirect and observational. I've tried to meet women at work and through meetup groups but it's been the same rejections too. I was a pushover in my 20's and am naturally passive so the last couple years I've become a lot better at being assertive, setting boundaries, and expressing myself, but this hasn't made me more attractive to women. I think a lot of the rejections have been going after hotties and really cute women, I still do that but am trying to lower my standards and meet older, heavier, less attractive women so I can start getting more success. I got one number doing about 72 approaches but she wasn't interested when I tried to be flirty in text. I've always had problems attracting women, but am really trying to put myself out there with cold approach. I want to get better at it and start having sex with multiple women, not interested in long term Ultimately, I need to improve at leading, conversation, masculinity, and treating women as equals/not pedestalizing. Trying to use an abundance mentality despite my results. Anything I should be doing differently at this point?
