I'll never believe 'Just Be Yourself' line, because I've learnt the hard way that if being myself automatically made me likeable, I'd be getting quality girls in swarms. But that simply wasn't the case. (P.s. still a virgin at 23, graduated medical school though).

I had a revelation recently.. How about the advice givers start saying "Be comfortable with yourself", instead of "JBY", and let them work on it?

I'm not sure if it's just me, but it seems to be working.. I feel happier, and have been able to reach the edges of an introvert, hopefully will break past it and be who I want to be, after I started meditating, and practicing positive affirmations.

Edit: I've got lots of excellent advice from a lot of people, and it means a lot to me. Three cheers for y'all :)
