How do you really get an abundance mentality?

I think abundance mentality is one of those buzzwords used in the dating and seduction community and it sorta doesn’t serve a purpose especially when it’s so vague and not clearly defined.

You can’t attract people unless you have abundance and you can’t create abundance unless you attract people. Don’t make no sense.

Things started to work in my favor when I started to live my life and do the things I wanted to do to be happy. Whether it be working out, doing my job, hanging out with my friends/family, dancing and even talking to girls. Sometimes spending the night in and playing crash bandicoot was the thing I needed for myself the most. I’m not telling you “find happiness” or “be happy” that advice is meaningless as well. I’m saying do the things you know make you happy. You probably already know what those things are. The result was I didn’t need women or anyone to be happy. And when I went back to putting a focus on dating I felt like I had more power because if any girl wasn’t into me then I can easily find something else to do.

By having fun with it all and increasing the amount of girls you’re talking to brother.. I personally say something to every girl I see that I am attracted to so I never have to wonder “what if?” At any moment I can be talking to someone I could possibly be hooking up with today.. so knowing I’m not looking for a relationship there’s never a need to obsess over anyone.. however don’t be hard on yourself, we’re human and I also have noticed myself obsessing over a really hot chick that I may have got close to sleeping w/ but she wasn’t down.. but that only lasts until I leave the house again and then it’s time to approach someone(s) new.. here’s a new daygame video in Miami Beach for added inspiration.. have fun with it all, sending you positive vibes bro! https://youtu.be/k-1L6i_9JoE

Well, this answer may seem to simple, but: get abundant. Where do you put your focus ? On girls or yourself ? If you put focus on yourself and do what you enjoy, you will get abundant. And with girls and sex, you are abundant if you go go go for it. In the end, if you force a abundance mindset in your head without changing yourself, you are just hiding yourself behind a shell. And if you ever meet a girl you like, you gotta keep that shell up 24/7. Just not worth it. Better yourself. Focus on your own progress and be happy. Girls come and go. Eventually you are happy and can choose one. And if that one does not work out, well it will be sad, but because you build such a happy life, it will pass and another woman will step into your life.

I'm gonna try to go self-help on this one.

Oneitis comes from feelings of low self esteem. If we feel alone, anxious and inadequate then we need to be saved and protected. This is what we project onto our obsessive crushes. She is going to banish our anxiety and loneliness.

Abundance for a PUA shouldn't mean, "I fuck a lot of women all the time". It should mean, "I have an abundance of fun, generosity, interesting conversation, emotional maturity and lovemaking skills ... so much that I can share them with a lot of women."

People with low self esteem may wish for a partner with high self esteem and an abundance of supportive traits (or a lot of partners like that if they're a wannabe PUA), but what they have to settle for eventually is a monogamous partnership with someone with a similar level of self esteem.

A successful PUA tends to look for non-needy women who can share and repay abundance. Someone who has their act together or to put it in the simplest terms, "cool people".

How about an abundance reality?

What's holding you back in neediness is usually not that you don't have girls but more that you will have to face your approach anxiety soon again if it doesn't work out with a particular girl.

Fix: approach again and again.

I've been getting a few numbers here and there but I keep tending to start obsessing about one.......

You have to build a social life that stands on its own because it doesn't live or die according to whether your dates aren't working.

If you have built up a social life that presents you with enough choices and have also developed enough confidence to know that you can always go out and tap into those choices, but you are free enough from Fear of Missing Out that you're okay taking a night in for yourself, even on a weekend night.....

..... Then you're on your way to abundance.

How do you avoid choosing....

See my post from earlier about OpenHeart meditation. That is not about mentality though. Once you feel the abundance. That however can take a while depending on how mentally involved you are.

Take every experience as a learning opportunity. There is no failing, only success and lessons. Focus on yourself, have fun, take care of your body, notice the little things that make your life wonderful, learn to love yourself no matter what happens with girls, jobs, family... You're a complete human being as you are, life is perfect as it is, there is nothing to change, nothing to perform, nothing to show. Just go with the flow and enjoy the ride.

Meditation, practicing gratitude and doing things you're passionate about will probably help. You can't develop this ability mentally, you have to feel it, to let it grow inside you. There is no strategy, no steps, just letting go of the voice that tells you that you should be someone you're not.

Abundance mentality is the most attractive thing in a human being in my opinion. It's magnetic.
