What do you do when she asks, "Do you do this often?"

Variations are like "Do you normally talk to girls like this?" Or "Do you normally go up to girls and talk to them like this?"

Sometimes I'll be talking to a girl and she gives me this test mid convo after she sees how things are going smoothly.

To add to this, I am in a contained limited pool area and I DO do this often, so she might have seen me approaching other women.

What sorts of things do I say? I typically agree and amplify but it doesn't sound great, "OMG ALL THE TIME blablabla" but I don't think it really helps much and doesn't really "reassure" her that I'm not after it for sex(I'm not).
