No way, getting girls in college is EASY but you must do it at the beginning of every semester, which girls are still single and the rest broke up with their boyfriends last semester.

I agree and disagree.

I disagree because college is an environment that is tailormade for hooking up. You're all in the same place, have plenty in common, girls are much more likely single, drunk, and hookups are basically encouraged. I wasn't in a frat, but had a big social circle and had plenty of success over those years.

Post college (I'm 27 now), there are major differences. All of the girls I know aren't in a 5 mile radius, people start expanding their interests, people start getting in serious relationships, or aren't looking for hookups, and people are busy with their own lives.

But also, in college girls have their selection of tons of dudes. Post college, they become fewer and far between, so girls are more likely to show interest. Also when you start making money you can do more exciting things - try cool bars, restaurants, travel etc. If you do well and are interesting, women are interested, and your whole status isn't dependent on your frat house or purely social constructs - which definitely will be a welcome change for you

So basically they are polar opposites, but I can't say one is harder than the other

This is exactly right. I’m a very attractive, muscular guy but studied engineering in an SEC college. I got almost no girls. After graduating and moving to a random suburb, I was shocked to be getting approached and opened by girls.

I love it now, but college was frustrating as hell for me. Nice post.

You get match after match when you "go home" because when you're new in town Tinder bumps you to the top of the stack.

College is like shooting fish in a barrel compared to "the real world." In a medium to large sized college you could meet like 5 new people a day, every day just from classes without even trying to have a social life.

College has more women than men, most things out in "the real world" have more men than women. College is way easier. Even if it is a "party school" or a "greek school" or whatever, there are plenty of people who aren't part of that scene that you can meet without being in the scene.

I didn't even read this all the way but it's wrong. Dude college has to be the best place to get girls. You can literally walk around and have girls come up to you and ask you to join clubs. Also you get paired up in class with girls on projects and assignments. All this in a non professional setting. Plus at least in the US girls are experimenting with alcohol for the first time and they get super friendly. I'm sure it may be difficult at some colleges, but overall college has to be one of the best times to meet women IMO.

Disagree. When I was at university I was clueless, but if I had known what I know now I would have been able to capitalise way more. As others have pointed out, you meet a lot of young women at uni. Way more than you do in most working environments (except for maybe retail/sales/events type job). Also, these young women are often away from home for the first time and are willing to experiment with different types of relationships. There's a couple of more reasons, but these are the two primary ones.

When I was at uni I was a ridiculously shy and with absolutely no experience with girls, but there have been a few times where I would be chilling alone waiting for my friends to pitch up on the lawns near the library, either reading a book or drawing and some cute girl would pitch up and ask if she could hang out with me. These never went anywhere because I struggled to make small talk when I was younger...

currently going to CU boulder, totally feel you my dude. The bitches are retarded and are not receptive to legit game. I find myself acting like a frat-bro a lot just to keep their interest smh, thats not me and I hate it. Girls are so shallow and fake this time of their lives I guess. This seems hard to believe, especially when there are more women than men in college, which suggests that college women should be eager for men. Personally, I went to a college which didn't allow frats, so I have no idea what the frat scene was like. But, most cities have a surplus of men, which stacks the deck against men. I have a hard time believing that guys do decently well in the "real world".
