Logistically? It depends on how young/in shape you are, and how tight you're game is. Pplaying sugar daddy is generally considered to be a lot of expense for little reward.

I'm in my 30s and I met a 21 year old yesterday that I'll be seeing again this week. I don't approach girls that seem that young by appearance (I like girls who are a bit more mature; mid-20s are pretty much when women usually reach the closest to perfection they'll be, I think...they look their best, have gotten what education they'll be getting, they're more confident and interesting in bed, and have done some stuff in life so they have things to talk about), but when I end up in conversations with younger women, and they turn out to be mature and interesting and interested in me, I'll follow up with them.

In short, 20 is fine, if she's into you. Just don't take her to bars, or if you do, choose all-ages clubs (many rock and dance clubs will X the hands of underage guests rather than turning them away at the door). But, there are lots of better venues for day 2+ meetings. Coffee/tea, walks in the park or downtown, whatever. Make it some short, and low intensity, "Let's hang out" for the first date. If she's digging you, and more importantly you're digging her, you can expand the date and keep her around for other activities.

The way I approach moral questions is by asking: "Am I doing significatly more good than harm?" If I can answer that with "yes", then I do it, and I'll always know that I have done it with the best of intentions and don't have to care about other people's opinions.

I am 20 and have been banging a 33 year old (started when I was 19). I also dated a 27 year old when I was 18 and went out with him for 2 years. It can be weird - depending upon the person, if that person is very immature (mentally) and kind of oblivious, if I was in your position I would feel weird. But that's not always the case and a lot of fun can be had.
