if you have a girl alone in bed or on a couch the movie you watch is irrelevant. what is more important is the time spent before you sit down to watch the movie and how you escalate during the movie.

Doesn't matter. Any sort of lighter comedy is good. It's better if she hasn't seen it, but doesn't really matter if she has. Something like Office Space or Boondock Saints is good because they're a bit slower and don't require much of your attention. So you just throw it on and then start getting frisky with the girl.

If you searched for this shit though, you'd find a ton of threads about this.

LOTR, Harry Potter, Monsters inc., Avatar, Pirates of the carribean, Star Wars(if shes into that), titanic, Lion king

More or less BIG movies with a huge nostalgic value. Because most of these movies have both of you seen and therefore you have somethign incommon. You have something to talk about. You know what will happen in the movie so you don't need to keep full focus on it. People sometimes say that a bad movie is a batter choice but tbh that gives you a negative attitude and taking a great movie that both know gives a positive atmosphere.

It never occurred to me that it was humorous until now, but I watched "What Women Want" with a girl once. I wonder if that's what she wanted?

It shouldn't matter what movie it is, but personally, I'd stay away from things like Black Swan.

It just has to be something that seems fun to watch but isn't really incredibly engrossing. Animated movies are good, and movies that have a decent but not amazing rating on rotten tomatoes that are still out in theatres are great. The novelty of seeing something still in the theatre is cool, the movie might not be fantastic, and you are off to the races.

Cheesy 80s movie. Laugh together at the outdated shit for chemistry, escalate kino accordingly. Make her giggle then kiss her, the rest is kinda on you. Also kinda lets her know you aren't too serious about watching a movie which is pretty good sub-communication to put off if you are actually looking to bang her.

I've seen some action after watching Millenium (movie with a very graphic rape scene...). The movie choice seems irrelevant!

Light comedies seem to be the sure bet though.

Anything foreign. The fact that missing a couple lines of subtitles can make you not understand what's going on at any given moment opens up so many doors of other things you guys can start doing. Also, it's going to be background noise so might as well be something pleasant.

I'm a big fan of Juan Luc Godard. Try Breathless out. I'm sure this would work really well. If you want something as intense as Fight Club, definitely try 13 Tzametti. Not gory but the most suspenseful film you'll ever watch.

Also, I imagine the Sergio Leone spagghetti westerns being great too. They're so slow but great music and camera angles.

Other great movies for look and sound:

*2001: Space Odyssey *The Umbrellas of Cherbourg (every fucking line in this movie is sung. Amazing.) * Le bonheur (Happiness). Careful though, this guy has an affair in this movie.
