26 year old 6'2" 240lb white guy here, about to be engaged. Never really knew about the pickup community, but I did subscribe to a cocky/funny newsletter from David Deangelo (I think) back in college and I've been checking this sub for a little over a month now. I'm what you guys call a natural, I started playing doctor with neighborhood girls in 4th grade, and have been hooked on women ever since. Started keeping a chicktionary (thanks fresh prince) in 6th grade, so I know my stats, and have gotten orgasms from 163 wonderful women. I never cared to help anybody with women or share my experiences because I always considered other dudes my competition. But now that I've found my life partner and am retiring my condom bandoleer, I wanted to share my thoughts and how I think I progressed at attracting ladies.

I think we start to manifest our sexual identities at an early age, probably before pruberty, I was lucky and received positive feedback from girls early on so I was able to skip the approach anxiety a lot of the posters here are grappling with in their 20s. Now I was never anxious, but I still preferred if women approached me, which I was able to accomplish by putting myself in advantageous girl to guy ratio situations(joined a dance company in 5th grade, performed in plays in the local theater all through middle school, I even feigned an obsessional interest in the movie Titanic because girls were going to seeing it every weekend in winter during 6th grade) Early on, my mantra was simply "be there, be honest" When we were younger, just having the balls to show interest in women, and be around them, was enough to earn their affection. But this changed as middle school ended, and high school began.

High school seemed to be the first dry run for life when it comes to attracting women, now you didn't just need to be interested & available, you also needed social proof. Good girls now wanted guys that they could be proud to tell and show others they were with. Had to add a few more adjectives to my seduction check list, previously it was just 1. interested & 2.available. But then I added 3. healthy 4. funny & 5. cool. I quit dancing/performing and focused on sports, I memorized my pop's old comedy albums, & as a freshman managed to seduce & then break up with the most popular junior I could get. I found that, fortunately for me, everything snowballs (it sucks for you guys just starting out) where sometimes the easiest way to get women to like you is to already have other women liking you.

College was almost a regression to grade school for me, because nobody knew anyone else, so social proof kind of dissolves into an orgy of no regret evenings filled with alcohol & sex (as opposed to awkward afternoons filled with Pepsi & 'spin the bottle') You didn't have to act cool to get laid in college, which I liked. So I crossed 'cool' off the list and replaced it with 'successful,' A lot of women didn't mind hooking up with chodes, but worthwhile women did want someone whom they thought might be able to provide in the future on the off chance that we might stay together. If you're in college now, cherish it, it never gets any easier than that.

Law school, following that same vein, was like high school but more intense. It wasn't so much about the pleasure of company, but if she viewed your company as pleasurable to let others know of your intended affection for her, which counted as much as being all-state in football did in high school for me. Basically, women are super competitive with each other, and that competition increases with time, so even if you're not self confident by your mid 20s, it matters less because the women in your age group are feeling the pressure of that facebook newsfeed constantly showing rings, weddings, and babies. Which is why I never "negged" single women past college, they were too busy crushing their own expectations and dreams for me to need to pile on.

So in summation, I think I got together with girls by being interested, available, healthy, funny, cool, decisive, and successful. I was always extremely outcome dependent though, which I've read you guys hate. But it didn't matter much because if you're all those things I just listed, then the outcome is usually good. "Inner game" is a great marketing paradigm for selling books and tickets to seminars, but outer game and positive reinforcement is how I convinced myself that I'm worth ladies time, and rolled with the changing requirements needed to continually attract great women. Thanks for reading! I don't really have much advice, and the things I do "know" may be shit, but I'm going to try and contribute here anyway, I think I can be of some help.
