It's all about Kino. You can be friendly but if you get physical it displays to the girl that you want to be with her not only on an emotional-level but a physical one too. You will never be in the friend zone as long as you get physical and escalate. Some women won't want to get physical with you but at least you KNOW that you weren't placed in the friend zone by being too afraid to act on your intentions. Go after what you WANT, girls dig that.

If you want a sexual relationship with a girl you have to be sexual with her in some way. You should be wholly unashamed about this. Wanting a platonic relationship with a girl does not have any moral high ground over wanting a sexual relationship with a girl.

Make your intentions clear and don't be afraid of making her a little uncomfortable.

This is a standard approach a lot of guys use that, yes, is fundamentally flawed. I mean, you just described the proccess for most guys who get friend zoned. It's not that it can never happen where a friendship can turn into something more - but it's not reliable tactic AT ALL.

You gotta embrace your sexuality - Kino is like a cheat code for this, because it immediately makes you into a sexual being in her eyes. Once you hit a certain level of it (not just touching her wrist/arm), she'll start to think of you entirely as a sexual being and will understand when you hang out that you're not doing it as a friend.

But underneath it all it's just about being comfortable saying to yourself "Hey, i want to sleep with that girl, and there isn't a damn thing that's wrong with that" and acting in that manner.
