Lifting weights was one of the single best things that ever happened to me in my adult life.

I grew up a skinny guy, I remember a girl once I was seeing grabbed my arm and said "you are too skinny, how are you going to protect me" many years ago. How right was she.

I have my friend to thank, who has become a beast. But this is the funny thing, as like most gyms the turn of the year saw an influx of people with their new years resolutions aka (1 week resolution) of getting into shape.

Now all the men have gone, except the regulars.

Being on and off in the gym for so long now, I've had a solid 6 months in the gym lifting, as I'm at the stage now to start taking things up a notch, and my aim is to get extremely bulky.

Can I tie in my success with women sky rocketing since I've got bigger arms, better posture and broader chest? Certainly. However, women have not kept me motivated.

Most guys (especially blue pillers) go to the gym to "get girls" or "impress girls." This is NOT what lifting is all about.

Lifting weights is a lifestyle. Its a way of self improvement and in my experience, enjoying life. Its fantastic. The feeling after a session is my favourite part of the day. Its magnificent.

But also you wont see results for a long time, I'm still nowhere near my goal. But I've enjoyed the compliments women have given me, purely because I never got them before! aka "your arms are huge." "You are so strong in bed." all that shit, not going to lie, feels kinda good.

However someone like my brother (the most beta and blue pill stubborn shit around) is younger, out of shape, dresses like hes a grandfather, and has no motivation, he started working out to "get girls" in his eyes. But how long did he last? 1 week. He even bought a treadmill. Idiot.

Don't be that guy, just make lifting weights a way of life. Be a man, or become a bigger stronger one. Your life will improve from the very first session.
