You have hope, just don't keep getting yourself down.

The first rule is confidence. Once you absolutely love who you are and where you are, then you're ready to play the game.

To get there, you can fake confidence until it's real. Or you can do things that make you feel confident (working out's a popular one). Or you can individually root out your insecurities and turn them into things you're proud of.

Shame is holding you way back. Your age doesn't matter. Neither do your accomplishments, or how well you're doing in school. Confidence is more important than any of that.

Find a mentor, stat! Seriously. You need someone working with you hands on. I've changed a few of my AFC friends into regular dudes/alpha's (whatever the goal was) but it required me knowing them and working with them.

I waited a year between graduating hs and going to undergrad, it was one of the smartest things I've ever done, I had a bit less wild child & a bit more worldliness, which translated into an ability to work hard in school and also Mack the ladies pretty hard on weekends.

One of the hottest girls in my class was 28 when we started freshman year, she had been in the air force or something-- the guys were mad for her because she had the 'I don't give a fuck, go away 'frosh' mindset.

In pua terms you're taking these simple facts of your history, which are neither good nor bad, more desirable or less desirable, & turning them into 'limiting beliefs'.

Posture, voice, face.

Good straight back, abs tight, chin up, a nice sexy strut.

Loud and clear, just keeping your chin up will help immensely.

Relaxed facial muscles, close your eyes and just breathe deep, try and feel deeply who you are inside, now look in the mirror, thats your real beautiful face.

In all seriousness though, if you want to meet people, and I mean if you really want to meet people you're doing it right. Lots of people (guys and gals) sit alone in their rooms and then complain about wanting to meet people, but they don't really. Just having the desire and realizing that it's a good thing puts you head and shoulders above anyone who doesn't. You've gotta know that.

Next, it's all about confidence. This will be developed by approaching people and getting rejected...and then being accepted. Every time you fail, there will be a part of you saying terrible things. She'll be saying "gosh this is hopeless." Kick that girl's ass out of your head, and figure out what you can learn from the experience, then get right back out. After a while you'll have a hard time not approaching people.

This is a magical transformation, you're going to love it.

Age doesn't really matter to some extent. I went back to school after four years and it never gets awkward.
