Where do you go to "get out there" if you are under 21?

Starbucks. Seriously though, every city has a place where people tend to congregate, to see and be seen. Girls may be in the clubs and bars but they're not there all the time. Women are everywhere and I know for a fact that there are plenty of routines designed for use outside of bars and clubs.

Seriously though, music shows. Surely there's a few round you, and it's insta-conversation topic during And after. Just recently I went on a date with an HB8.5 (great ass) after catching up with her after a show and pulling the "Don't I know you?" card. Gave her a jacket, and she wouldn't stop saying how sweet and spontaneously our first meeting was.

I had this same problem in my in-between years. I got by okay mainly using old high school tactics (mad house parties, facebook etc.) Idk where you live but I was always able to find a few bars that let me in, then take a 21 yr. old friend with you and get your mac on Good luck

Grocery Stores (sound weird but try it)
Book Stores
Volunteer work (Habitat for Humanity has been good for me)
Coffee Shops
Bars that allow 18+
At the airport/on a plane (I know hard to do)
Basically anywhere it is appropriate to talk to strangers

Also you could get a fake id, but you really don't need to be in a bar to pick up women

Going to clubs is not the only way to meet girls, it isnt like girls cant be outside in the sun because they will melt down and therefore will only be seen latenights on clubs. Now what i'm about to tell you will take some more balls from your side but do it. You just have to go out and aproach girls on the street in the parks where ever they are. when you see a girl you might like you should go up to her and ask her out. the reason this is going to take some balls is because you most likely think of the clubbs as the place where people go and get drunk and dress up to seem attractive for sex for one night, that is true but i would mean that 5 of 7 days of the week you would never meet any girls. you should go outside look after girls ask them out for a quick skydive! seriously im so jealous of that skydiving thing i mean that would be the best date ever!

sorry for shitty grammar, im Norwegian. TL;DR whenever you se a cute girl aproach and ask her out!

I would recommend not worrying to much about it and just be you. Be the man you want to be and want other people to see you as. Girls will notice and it won't just be at bars or clubs or parties. Make friends. Don't turn away anyone that seems like a good person and have fun. I did this after trying to go to parties and met someone by having fun. Now we can both have fun and not worry about such things because we deal with having fun above just trying to get laid.

I'm 21 but I noticed that there are tons of women in places like the mall, barnes and nobles and college campuses. I'm gonna stop drinking so bars are going to be on my back burner.

Hey man I don't know where you go skydiving but my DZ always had hot chicks going there. That's also a major DHV. Also, try and find a biking club where you live instead of going by yourself. Since you seem to be in to fitness, check out a crossfit gym. It's a lot of fun and a much more social atmosphere than a regular gym and there's usually some smoking chicks.

if you're only away from school for the break when before the next semester starts get into a dance class. only tip i have is don't be afraid to make conversation. ask her why she's taking the class, and when she asks you just honestly tell her you're there to meet new girls.

also just expand your friend base and get to more parties. at the start of college i didn't have a large friend base and parties were generally the same people, and rarely new girls to meet.
