Just out of curiosity, what are you looking for here?

We don't know him, nor do we know you. We can only list off the possible reasons that could lead to this guy not acting, all of which you probably already know and could choose from better, since you know him.

Isn't this really just a rant, or do you really want advice about something here?

Not all men want to have sex anytime they can. I generally don't like to have sex until at least the 3rd or 4th date, because that's just when i feel comfortable doing that. If a woman thinks I'm less of a man for that, then so be it - it's her loss. The idea of men always wanting sex from any woman he finds attractive is outdated.

Ask him. Maybe it's religious. Maybe he has ED. Maybe he thinks it is what he is supposed to do. Maybe he is secretly gay. Maybe he is just telling you that he is waiting...and isn't.
