I have an INTENSE mental/body anxiety when it comes to my ego and rejection, an especially expressing myself sexually. When I'm alone I'm theoretically aware of how retarded it is, but in person it takes over. For example, I went to the mall 3 times for a few hours to do approaches and was literally blocked mentally THE WHOLE TIME. I even wrote some shit on my arm to pump myself and nothing. The ONE time I did an approach was two months ago where I hid underneath needing "fashion advice" and was shaking like a fucking pussy, voice hoarse and forcefully higher pitches, and got the number from a HB7-8, but besides a few texts, flake obviously. This week I started the GLL approach anxiety program and it looks like I can approach women to ask for the time (low-risk and no showing of sexual interest involved). I've been busy and I've been wondering if doing it in baby steps is better or if I really have to just do it and keep forcing myself to approach point-blank-period regardless of how fucking weird I look for the first few dozen approaches or the nervousness. I literally feel like a homeless man asking for money if I were to do a real approach. You're literally putting yourself out there, fully vulnerable. This might just be an ego issue. Like being afraid of seeing myself as a guy getting shot down by women. As an average looking-guy being vulnerable with online-dating was already pretty sad, but doing it IRL is like getting it stamped in approval.
