I guess I agree generally with what you're saying. I have noticed that interest from women is better now that I'm in my 30's. No doubt some has to do with confidence - I know who I am and feel good about where I'm at in life. But some definitely is maturity in older women too. They also know what they want, and if you got your shit together then that's attractive.

Around this age, either time is running out for women and they notice that they cant compete with some girls. So they go for who they can a step below. Or they want to settle some since they've had their "fun" and they looking for some sort of stability.

Moreover, since you start getting girls regularly, your confidence increases. This cycle attracts the higher calibre women you couldnt before.

Yes I am in my early-thirties and I have noticed it as well. I get a lot more attention without really doing anything differently. I am in a bit better shape and I dress better than I did in my twenties.

Yep, I'm 33 and have noticed that picking up women became a bit easier after I turned 30. The age range of women who'd go on a date with me is also broader now: the last two new chicks I went on a date with were 20 years old and 30 years old.

There are probably multiple reasons for that, including the fact that some younger chicks are turned on by the age difference, and the fact that some women seem to automatically reject younger men due to their age alone...

I would say it is more connected to your inner game. With age, success, money, etc., you learn to focus on yourself, giving generaly less shit about unimportant stuff, being more proactive and less reactive. Being self sufficient, having great social status and social life, friends, job. You get more training in public speaking, more confidence in making people do what you say. You have more experience in reading body language and social cues. And all of this, which you use at work, you apply in dating with great results, and vice versa. I've heard that 30's is the best for a guy. Supposedly that's when we're starting to peak in sexual market value but it's also when women are starting the decline so the power dynamic shifts to the guy's favor. In theory, anyway.

Personally, I'm 31 and I haven't really noticed the difference at all. But I've always felt kind of invisible to women within dating age range. I've gotten compliments from older women and even older men on my looks and stuff before but almost never from women around my age or a little younger. It's weird.

Really depends on the location. Women in some places see older men as mature. In other cultures, it is looked down to pursue women much younger than you.

Girls attractiveness peaks at 22-23. Guys peak at 35-40. Just basic Biology, guys grow into their face, have sharper features and jawline and can become more musuclar.

It's happened to me as well. My 20s were just ass.

Now that I'm 35, I make close to 6 figures, learned more skills, working on advancing my career even further, picked up a new hobby. I definitely feel way more confident than I was in my 20s.

I can sit and lament the years I've wasted in my 20s, because if I did work hard in my 20s, I would've definitely been in an even better position today. But it's always better later than never.

Also, no need to be dating older girls. You should be doing what most successful men do: date younger women. No older than 25.
