Help: Girls keep thinking that I'm gay! What can i do?

I'm a 27 year old man, and at least 5 girls I dated have told me that they thought I was gay or bisexual.

"Dated" as in went out to one date with or got involved with and regularly had sex with for a period of time?

Because if its the latter then you seeming gay isn't a problem coz you still ended up with the girls.

If its the former, how did those dates go? They did agree to go on the dates so if it was clear to them that you asked them to a romantic date and they agreed to it that means they did recognize you are straight even if you seemed gay and if the dates end in sex or a kiss or eventually getting involved then seeming gay still isn't a problem.

Just look at the results. It doesn't matter how you seem as long as you're getting with the girls you wanna get with.

Same problem as you, OP, but I get the “I thought you were gay” comment when I make a move to ask the woman out. It’s happened fairly often. Enough to know I must be giving off unintended vibes or not picking up on their subtle hints. What’s helped me a bit is learning more about subtlety and watching a listening to women while out in the social scene.

I've experienced this also. In terms of concrete advice? Stop caring, though that can be easier said than done. Anyway, reading the rest of this comment will probably shed some light on how it's not you at all here. (This stuff really fucked with my mind for a long time too-look up "homosexual OCD," because just about everything described there, I have experienced. It makes you doubt yourself and withdraw from society, if you let it, which is probably the plan.)

It's not you, it's just that girls do this, whether intentionally/strategically or because they're obsessed with homosexuality in general. Their top two porn categories are "lesbian" and "gay," and they make up something like 85% of all porn watched my even just straight women! It's fucking ridiculous.

Did you know the top question women search about their husbands is about whether their husband is gay, and that such searches are 10 times more common than asking about whether he's depressed, and 8 times as common as asking whether he's an alcoholic? (Edit: it's obviously irrational, as if your husband is closeted, he's almost certainly depressed and doing drugs/alcohol if he's pretending to be attracted to you, women...)

I think many women do consciously know why they do crap like this, and that it's a massive, joint strategic effort by women. I've many theories about this, but of course women aren't going to be honest about these things, so it may be a long time till we have definitive evidence.

I wouldn't suggest changing yourself, I have gone through the same thing where many girls have thought I was gay, including my girlfriend when we are just getting to know each other. She loves how I am though, I am definitely in touch with my feminine side but I'm definitely masculine in other ways.

I wouldn't go searching for toxic masculinity, just be confident and the right girl is going to love you even more for those features!

I like the idea of recording your voice and mannerisms. You’ll probably pick up on stuff you wouldn’t otherwise notice. Maybe try wearing less formal clothes? What type of clothes do you wear?

Stop jerking off and watching porn, build your testosterone to become more masculine. If a girl asks if you’re gay its because she gave you lots of signals that she wanted to fuck but you do the opposite. Learn and make the habit of having a masculine frame, look up videos to be more masculine. Make sure you aren’t hanging out with people that are feminine or surrounding your environment with that either.
