Hi, last week my wife called the police and made false allegations, one of them being I raped her four times. The other I assaulted her and financially control her money etc. I was arrested and released on bail. I am not allowed to go to my house or see the kids without 3rd party intervention. I am signed off work for the moment.

To keep it short none of this is true. I pay the mortgage and all the bills. I added her name to the mortgage when we brought the house, I would say 90% of the payments on the mortgage are mine and I put down the deposit. Now I know she is on a anti depressants, and a she went through a recent family trauma that does not involve me.

I think she done this so she gets full control of kids and maybe using this to end the marriage.

The police wanted me bailed for longer but I think she said to reduce the time.

I don't know what to do and feel I been made a fool and taken advantage off. What shall I do. What she calls the police again. What she get in trouble if they find no wrong doing. In someway I want her to be punished for this injustice
