That's not to say you shouldn't improve your game, but first and foremost is the product.

You wouldn't want a car salesman selling you a shitty car. You want to buy a car that YOU know is valuable, so the car sells itself.

You should still know how to tell when a girl is interested, dress nice, smell good, blah blah blah.

But can you imagine how much better it would be if you didn't have to work so hard at cold approach? Like holy fuck. My game got so much better when I started committing to the gym a few years ago. This is a little guide on looking physically better (there are most posts on my profile but this post pertains to muscle only).

  1. Train as often as you can, but rest when you know you need it.

  2. If you need an actual split/routine, I'll make a post on it on my profile soon.

  3. Work on your delts. This improves your shoulder-to-hip ratio, giving you a nice V-shape.

  4. Compound exercises release more testosterone. Don't skip deadlifts or squats.

  5. If you lift weights on one day, do light cardio after if you're cutting.

  6. Carbs make you gain mass. High fat only diets do not, even at high caloric intake.

  7. If cutting, increase fat and decrease carbs.

  8. Cardio is almost useless if you're not decreasing your carbs.

  9. All sets until 15 reps, then up the weight when it gets easy. Injury prevention is paramount.

  10. Do not wake up at 5am to work out. You will be exhausted the rest of the day.

  11. Caffeine makes you shed water weight temporarily. Try to reduce it.

  12. Testosterone boosting supplements on Amazon actually work. Buy them.

  13. Questions about TRT (testosterone replacement therapy), you can reach me.

  14. If you're a hard gainer, do some fasting, then eat again. Intentionally slows your metabolism.

  15. Essential amino acids can 4x your protein synthesis if consumed post workout.

  16. Consistency above all else. Show up when you don't want to, if you have the energy.

These are just a few rules that I live by. There are more, but I would have to make this thing absurdly long, but if I had to choose one or two of the above rules, I would say it's injury prevention and consistency above all the else. Can't train if you're injured, and consistency beats intensity. I've seen guys at the gym who do ridiculous exercises, but they show up every day so they have better results than non-regulars.

Last but not least: discipline. Reach out for questions. More than happy to answer when I can.
