I wonder sometimes. Men strive to get a good or great job/career. You go to school to learn a skill and when you finally get a job or start on your career. Our existence and worth seems to be attached to our work and the asset we own.

There are things, people and activities that we won't be able to associate or mingle with if we don't have the job or value that we bring to the word. Without the job or great career, we probably won't be able to date a average or pretty lady or even get respect from people.

Then I think, if we don't have the job, asset or value that we bring to the world, we will most likely not get a respect or even to have meaningful relationship with others.

All I am trying to figure out is that if we don't have what we have (the job, money, assest) does that mean we have no value as a man?

I could be tripping or just thinking too much.
