There was a bulletin board display at work about June being the month for 3 groups of people, men’s mental health was not listed. I plan on creating and posting informational content about it being men’s mental health month.

I bet it gets taken down because it’s not from “corporate” and our HR person is a woman more concerned about DEI (diversity, equity, inclusion) and women’s rights.

I wish there was as much coverage for this as pride month. I reached out to an org asking about where I can get help last week and was basically told, " that's not what we do here" with a list of more websites full of nonsense. Imagine if every other pride flag was a list of resources that would actually help. What a world that would be

I've known, but it's overtaken by Pride Month and to be honest most people I know (women) don't care about men's mental health. They either blame men, the patriarchy (which they cant even define) or say guys should man up. Keep in mind some of these women are divorced and raking in cash from CS and alimony or they're single.

Just do what you have to do to stay healthy and find guys who want to talk to you about it, you won't get sympathy or empathy from anyone else really.

Working at a large corporation, like 10s of thousands of employees worldwide. We received and email every day last month for woman’s mental health month. We have received a single email, on June 1 for men’s. I guess that is one email at least but, yeah, 1…….

Outside of this sub, I blame men for this.

As a gay man, I wish both Pride and Men's Mental Health received equal amounts of attention. Unfortunately, most men continue with this attitude of," if you're depressed, get over it, go to the gym, go conquer something, and buy a lambo" (the Andrew Tate rhetoric is spilling everywhere in men's podcasts/groups).

Unless men get loud, march, and try to fight for Men's Rights with the same energy that feminists give for their movement, there won't be a change on this issue. No one will fight for us except us!

This is the first year I knew of it too. Today I was thinking that pride has been taken over by “anyone-but-men” as well. Around me it is more an event for cis women and the trans community and others are not really welcome anymore.

Men are always saying this but when they are asked about anything mental health wise going on with them they aren't emotionally open and intimate. "Society has made it this way."

It's actually your job to start opening up and changing the narrative, which y'all never do. Just complain when June comes around.
