today my phone rings, look at the number I don't recognize and let it go to VM. Hey you call me and I don't recognize it, be prepared to leave one. So that VM turns into a text msg that tells me what the VM said "This is Sergeant so and so from the County Sheriff's office. I'm trying to get in contact with (my wife's name of 20+ yrs) as soon as you receive this message, please return my call directly at . ...........And again, that's. ......Thank you". I texted the number back and gave him my wife's number, within 5 secs he calls me back... I pick up and say "hello?". No hello back just a click as he hung up. I figure it has to do with either something happened and they were trying to get a hold of her, personally or criminally I don't know. But she did leave me a month ago with a note saying don't contact her and I haven't. Maybe I'm over thinking it. It does sound suspicious like maybe a friend of hers would do something like this to screw me with me. I know currently I have no wants or warrants out against me but I feel there could be something she could say fictionally that could mess up my life. And we have no kids between us. Should I be worried? I have never physically, emotionally, or even verbally abused her even once
