In the heat of custody battle judge sided with me multiple times and temp orders have been 50/50, now all of a sudden it's summer and since she still refuses to settle or end this and trial date set now she's badgering me to allow her to take our son on a 7 day trip out of state, mind you our temp schedule is 223 and there's been no changes to that schedule in a year and now she wants to take him for 7 days.

Do I let her to show judge im being civil or let her take it to court if she wants to.
