I know I need to stay the course and keep going, but every time I get an email now to my personal my blood pressure goes through the roof. I'm overdue on turning in interrogatory questions (30 pages worth)

I have nothing to do but Jesus Christ does it feel demeaning and any time I see their name in my email does it send me spiraling
