I know more often than not it's unclear whether a discrimination was intentionally made, however, I'm wondering how ubiquitous the feeling of being discriminated against is in men's experiences with employers.

If anyone has stories to share please do, without identifying yourself.

EDIT: The reason I'm asking is because I think it's important to share these stories. Also, I'm applying to jobs and I feel like women around me are having way more "luck" than I am; so I'm trying to get a sense of how accurate my feelings may be.
