One thing at a time let's make it, that a man doesn't have to fight in court for years just to have 50/50 physical and legal custody of their child. A lot of states are better but many states are still living in the 50s with this stuff.

Once this changes CS laws will change. While we were waiting for a zoom hearing the other day my attorney told me earlier that day he had a full agreement agreed upon in front of a judge and once mom found out she wasn't getting child support due to 50/50 she said NO women always get CS I don't agree anymore.

Will not change. It’s good for the economy for single moms to get your money. It’s good for the massive jobs program that is “social services.”

Much less than half the population agrees there is even a problem with CS laws. Even men agree with these laws up until the point they are in the crosshairs.

You are much better off optimizing your own divorce by understanding the laws in your state and the customs and precedents of your locale. You can read the laws online and you can consult with several (the more the better) local attorneys. Then you use those laws and customs to tailor a proposal that the judge will agree with.

You want to make it easy for the judge to sign the most optimized order possible. You do this by understanding your case and the laws and precedents that govern it.

Unfortunately, no. CS laws are based on calculations for how much each side earns, how much parenting time each side gets, how many kids there are, and how many children not of this relationship there are. And then it factors in who pays health insurance.

Your bills have gone up, so have your ex's bills gone up.

I have 50/50 custody of my kids, and my exwife keeps wanting more money, "Because my bills are so high!" Her income is low because she keeps getting fired. Her bills are so high because she keeps making poor financial choices. Her car insurance is so high because she drives a newer car and she can't stop crashing.
