Someone here asked me to share the results of this. So here goes!

I'm dating-profile photographer in Norway. I know almost no-one here is from Norway, and I say this to emphasize I'm not trying to sell anything with this post. I'm just trying to share what kind of results you can expect if you get your own pro photoshoot with this type of shoot in your own country.

1 month after photoshoots I ask clients what kind of results they've experienced in a multiple choice Google form. The first 10 people have now responded.

So here are the highlights:

  • The average client experienced a 108% increase in number of matches.

  • 2 people experienced no difference in matches

  • 1 person got fewer matches

  • 2 people increased their matches by 4-5 times

  • 4 people doubled the number of matches

  • 1 person got 25% more matches

  • 7 out of 10 got more dates

  • 4 people experienced more responsive matches on messages

  • 5 people experienced no difference in responsiveness

  • 1 person didn't know if there was a difference

What should you take away from this?

If you have bad pictures of yourself, chances are that you can get a BIG reward from doing this kind of photoshoot. 20% of my clients got a 4-5 times increase in matches. Which is massive after just one month.

If you already have good pictures, you might experience a slight bump in matches.

If you have excellent pics already, it's unlikely that this kind of shoot is worth your money.

So to cap it all off; get some feedback on your current pictures first. Then you can make a better decision if it's worth the investment.

Note: Most clients also get a bespoke bio to go along with their profile.
