1 is an obvious yes, the rest you need to test the waters. You don't just go to from 0-100 by just kissing her without any context, you need to work your way up the escalation ladder to get a better sense where she is at.

In general though you can't escape being in a situation where you might be moving too fast. If you play it safe every time you are going to miss some, if not all, oppertunities

Now, I am not saying this is the best way to do it, but it is a way: Just ask her!

You can play the "innocent choir boy being tempted by the forces of hell" card, and just voice your insecurity, that you get the vibes that she might not object if you were to kiss her, and so on. Don't start a debate, lean in a little closer while doing so, maybe take her shoulders in your hands.

If you asked for permission to kiss her, she will just reply in one way or another. Anything that is not a clear "No, thank you" or physical withdrawal is a "Yes" in this case, so just go in for the kiss. If you phrased it as a warning that you will just kiss you now (e.g., if she doesn't stop being so flirty, NOT "looking so cute"), you also just should go in for the kiss after, unless she react negatively to the warning.

I did this several times and it never went badly. Sometimes I am just too nervous for something smooth, the vibes are not right for the more risky approach or whatever. This is okay. Yes, this is not the aproach usualy portrayed in movies, but it is a really really solid one.

This is easy just pay attention to her body language get some soft non sexual touching in yourself if she’s touching you back on giving you a lot of “come here” energy (like holding eye contact, touching you back, etc.) then don’t be Afraid to go in for the kiss.

Bonus point: the easy kisses are Greetings and Goodbyes
