I see it in fb groups too. You have to learn to ignore the innuendo, pictures, and your logic that says its distasteful haha. They use this to reach the eyes of men who game them & filter out thirsty ppl. Find your own bottom line whether you ignore them or take them less seriously ig. Idk what to make of it either. Forces you to fight your desires. Reflect that desire inward.

Sometimes the ones who hate hookups in their profile do have lower barrier to intimacy in person. Text Bios go out the window when you have a person of interest in your personal space. I think people generally crave companionship when you pass their tests in person. Vibe and feeling conquer and cannot be understood thru a keyboard

They are talkers, like the feeling of putting an invitation out but they don’t mean it. Their excitement is anchored more in phantasy than real experiences… Simple logic would tell that if they really were after real experiences they could get them in real world; I’m sure they have classmates or work-colleagues and so they could get it from any of them
