At this point. I am a year in to the process and her lawyer is just filing continuation after continuation. They started at 100 percent legal and physical of our daughter but she's with me thurs night to Mon so mom can have her free time. They don't have a leg to stand on arguing that anymore.

Financially everything is on the table and latest court date is set for Feb 14th 2025.

Basically my lawyer is being paid to babysit her lawyers emails and respond the exact same way I would at this point.

Does it make sense this far along to continue to pay a retainer instead of just getting to the final decree and paying one for their time to evaluate that before signing?
