As someone who has consumed many forms of self improvement content, what do you think are the main differences between self improvement content for men and self improvement content for women? One of the most common talking points I’ve heard is that female self improvement tends to tell women that “they are enough” and that “there’s no need to change themselves” while male self improvement tends to tell men to “grow even bigger” or “strive for themselves and their family” Obviously when I heard this first time I thought that there were ALSO female self improvement advice that actually TELLS women to be a better version of themselves. What do you think about this?
