I'm going to drop 2 really unpopular points.

It sounds like you are not meeting any women that simulate you intellectually. It could be that you have issues you need to work through in therapy. You did not mention your age, but most people under 25 just don't know how to have a conversation beyond gifs and acronyms. You probably want someone that can stimulate you mentally.
Your absence definitely makes you 10x more attractive to the woman. The more attractive they are, the less they are used to a guy not being instantly available. Being too available is the difference between being in her bedroom or her friend zone. However if they are constantly telling you to fuck off then you are doing something wrong and it is time for self reflection.

I don't think only contacting women when you have a physical need is wrong as long as you are completely honest about it. If you are leading them on, then grow the fuck up. If you are just not interested in friendships or relationships, then you do you. It can be overrated anyway.

Back pocket.

Your natural interactions/dating experiences will inevitably lead you to getting rejected/getting offers for open relationships/the girls distancing them from you.

Meaning the more of these you have, the more you can just keep in your back pocket and cycle through them via texts on a lonely night.

As long as you avoid the big confrontation/argument about breaking up or defining the relationship, you can just keep things light and hit them up every few weeks.

Just be honest that you only want them for sex and only talk to girls that are into that so you can just ghost them and booty call them out of nowhere and they'll be happen to come over and fuck. I'm not opposite being horny doesn't motivate me to talk to a girl at all I'd rather just jerk it than talk to someone who annoys me. I have to actually vibe with the girl and then I'll want to talk to her regardless of whether or not I'm horny.
