DO THIS ONLY IF YOU'RE ABSOLUTELY SURE SHE'S GIVING REAL CHOOSING SIGNALS/RECEPTIVENESS INDICATORS.

1) You go in there, ask her how her day is going, tell her "I don't usually do this,but your smile is so amazing", then properly introduce yourself.

2) If you 2 already know each other's names from previous encounters then just compliment her smile(or her eyes; doesn't really matter 😒) then let her know you'd like to get a bite/see a movie/grab a Starbucks sometime...ask for her number if she seems interested in your suggestion. If not, then tell her you just figured you shoot your shot no biggie. Bud her a nice day and then get up outta there ASAP 😂.

I did that a year and a half ago. She was not even giving me some super strong signals, just general kindness and a nice look.

I asked her when her shift ends.

Girls are not stupid they know exactly where are you going with that words. If she does not like you she will hesitate to tell you and she will be giving you imprecise answers like "sometime in the night but I am not sure yet" or a really wide range of hours because she will be afraid of your reaction and whether you won't be waiting for her somewhere outside after her shift.

If she likes you, she will tell you the EXACT TIME when her shift is supposed to end + some buffer like she will need to clean up and close the shop which usually takes like 20 minutes or so - on that you can build and ask her whether she will like a company after her shift ends + offer help with cleaning in the end etc. and maybe a ride home or a walk home. She will most likely be happy with the company if she told you the precise time.
