I’m not Muslim, but tried to do it in a majority Muslim and conservative country (Morocco).

In Marrakech and Casablanca, if you leave the touristy areas and cold approach in the city, quite a few women will be receptive and accept to talk to you. Now, most these women are not really looking for hook ups, so they will give you their numbers or instas expecting a full on date.

On the date, you’ll be lucky if you are able to just hold the girls hand…

Since Morocco is a very conservative country, women are expected to be extremely formal and not do anything until they are formally dating (or pretty much married). Women that are seen with a lot of men, or out on dates with a lot of random men, are socially ostracized/socially reprimanded, so they tend to avoid this…

Hinge is actually really popular in Morocco, since women can just go out in a few dates with men that seem like they want something more, rather than having to talk to a ton of men IRL and see which ones actually want something serious.

If you’re looking for a more liberal Muslim country, I heard Turkey is a good place.

Not in an Islamic country directly but grew up with a large isolated Islamic culture next to me, lots of quiet honour killings and the like.

You know the rumours that the Catholic all girls schools are freakier because of the repression?

Islam turns that up to 11. They are people, horny just like us, but the repression just superheats it. Add in the excitement of the danger of getting caught, especially inter faith/race and they are like ravenous sex beasts once you get them somewhere safe and alone.

As much as everyone here is denying it, hook up culture exists in muslim countries. This applies to high school, university and beyond.

The difference here is that people just never admit it out in the open because it’s “sinful/socially unacceptable”.

I am originally from Pakistan and I had a very happening dating life even when I was living back home. Although the culture is different of course, you dont get to meet as much and you don’t get to have sex as often but it still happens.

Also highly depends on what kind of background you come from, people who are financially more well off are normally not too religious and more open to dating.

Well , firstly you have no bars , and clubs . There is a scene for this but its mostly underground and you need to have links for it. Other than that women are mostly monogamous, there are always few exceptions here and there.. but mostly women respect there parents decisions , and follow islamic teachings .

I think you’ll find that it’s a better experience if you yourself aren’t Islamic or middle eastern.

Ive seen this in many countries,’not just Islamic, where the women who do want to party exclusively choose foreigners because they’re safer for that kind of behaviour.

I know there are some extreme, illogical comments, but let me add this here.

I am a Muslim, Pakistani, and I have been here and approaching women in Pakistan for more than a few years. I never, not a single time, have problem with women.

I even approach women in one city that is near to Afghanistan (not in Afghanistan)

And, I still approach women in every part of the country. The success ration is not that good but if you are consistent, you can really make it.

Edit: I think it is fair to add this. You don't want to get caught having sex with a women in rural part of the country. I always try to approach women in urban areas so have no problem doing this but I would avoid having sex (the keyword: having sex or don't wanna be found alone with a women somewhere isolated in rural areas of this country)
