Realise that if you live in the US, almost all food is metabolic poison. If you want to improve heath and lose fat the make your own meals. Drop processed foods, restaurant and fast food rubbish and eat high quality meats and organic fruit, veg and dairy. Drop the carbs, and especially anything containing high fructose syrup
