This happened to me . Ex made a bullshit dv claim through family court to get me out her house once I evicted her mom who she let move in without my permission and she wouldn’t leave. Couldn’t see my son for two months , then got unsupervised visits waiting for trial. Trial came and the dumb bitch admitted to hitting me and being violent as well . Lawyer told me judge was considering issue two dvros if we couldn’t come to an agreement. And that would have triggered our son being out through the system . She still wouldn’t drop it . Then took a deal that the tro drops automatically in January and she can’t pursue a permanent without new claims and we go to mediation in December . I feel like a took a shitty deal but I just wanted to be done with all this shit . I get my son 3 days a week rn and hope to get an even split come December. Judge also told the mediator to not consider 3044 . 3 days of trial and there was more to come . I really hate that fucking women. Ruined my fuckin life . Lived in my car to pay lawyers and all this other bs . And she laughed at that . Fucking whore
