I know that confidence is knowing you are good at something. But I need some perspective here.

I have struggled with self worth for a long time. Even though I take care of my body, run, train, and push myself to improve, I still feel inferior to other men, keep comparing myself to others, especially guys who seem to have more to offer, better jobs, more status, etc. I compare myself socially or professionally and feel like not enough. What helped you build genuine confidence and self worth from the inside out?

Now, I know that if you're putting people on a pedestal, you will be afraid of their judgment, because deep down, you have already decided they are above you, and that makes their opinion feel more powerful than your own. I need some perspective to stop this because my default is always "feel inferior"

(went to therapy, didnt work to be honest. I've found pushing myself out of the comfort zone helps me the most but something is stopping me all the time, for example cold approaching)

help. tq
