Do hobbies that you actually want to do, potentially meet a woman. Do you think a woman would like to get to know a guy who only shows up at something for the sake of meeting women?

It's important to have varied hobbies sure, like I do volleyball which has quite a few women and the team aspect of the sport makes it easy to talk to them but I show up because I like volleyball.

A women can tell your intentions for being at a certain event, having a fulfilling social life which includes your hobbies is a way better long term approach for attracting women.
