I don't understand 'abundance mentality'

We all go through stretches where we don't have abundance. That's the key of the second word of the phrase. Mentality doesn't always equate to what you actually have. Think of it being a mindset that you frame yourself in regardless of circumstance.

The main idea is that when you are in abundance of something, you desire it less. When you desire it less, you give it less attention. When applied towards the opposite sex, you are giving less of something that they desire from you, thus increasing the value of your attention.

Abundance mentality isn't "I have a bunch of women I'm fucking look at me". It's I have an abundance of things I dedicate my time to and you have to work for the privilege of being in that set.

Example of abundance:

I work a 40 hour job while going to the gym 12 hours a week and I belong to two weekly co-ed sports team which takes up 6 hours. You spend 70 hours sleeping, eating, cleaning and maintaining yourself. This is a 128 hours total.

We throw in 5 hours of self improvement (meditation, educational reading, etc) and 10 hours of transportation for good measure.

There are 168 hours in a week. So you have 25 hours spread over the week which she needs to fight for with other non committed options for your time.

You have an abundance of things to do. You don't need to spent time with her. She needs to earn it.

Yes, getting a slew of women would increase your abundance mentality. However, as you stated, there are not many that want to fuck you. And that is OK. You don't have to fuck women to develop abundance mentality.

Here is what you need to do:

Get a plate or two to keep your balls from exploding. That will satisfy your primal NEED.
Find things you are passionate about or just simply want to try or go do. Like to paint...go to paint nite. Like to travel, go to a new city and see the sites. Just do something that you are interested in.
Once you start doing things that YOU WANT TO DO; the abundance mentality will come from "Do I want to fuck this chick who is OK looking with a little pudge....or.....I have an extra couple bills that I can spend on a trip to the Grand Canyon." See where I am going with this. I would take the Grand Canyon 99 times out of 100. Chick will notice this about you. You are no longer a desperate, thirsty ass, beta dude. You understand that your life is yours and extremely valuable enough not to waste before doing things you want to do. Bitches will smell it and want it. And just from the feeling that bitches want your balls...you will get abundance mentality even more. But the thing is...you no longer want these boring ass bitches sucking up your time and money. Life is too short for mediocre pussy. I have known guy who slay pussy. Old pussy, young pussy, fat, ugly...it didn't matter. Sure, they could get pussy off their looks...but they didn't do anything else other than that. Their life actually fucking sucked and they had nothing to even be proud of other than "hey man...I fucked this 35 year old last night". Who fucking cares when he is standing next to a man who did a month trip around the US.

I have yet to achieve actual abundance mentality so I'll just say what I've been thinking so far. As I improve myself I notice increased attention from the opposite sex. It's subtle little things but as I improve and these things happen, I can feel my ego being boosted a tiny bit over time and I feel closer to the mindset I want than before. I really think the answer is: keep working, and focusing, on yourself and everything else will follow.

When I was a single dude I never really ever had a "dry spell". I just had periods where I didn't really care if I got laid or not and just did my own thing. Looking back, it seems like I'd go out or something and if I were feeling it even halfway, I'd magically hook up. I was always just happy with whatever state I was in, because at any given time, I was doing whatever I wanted. Back then I wasn't even in great shape and I was pretty poor, and I had a steady parade of pussy in my bed. Or not. Sometimes I'd go months without sex. The plate spinning periods were fun and exciting, but when I wasn't, I barely thought about it. I don't tend to get lonely and do well by myself, so that helped me.

If you don't have that mentality then you need to do more work bettering yourself. Abundance mentality and outcome independence come from having the skills to make your way no matter what happens to you or how a situation goes. Lifting is the foundation for a lot of this. I guess. I got laid plenty when I barely did daily pushups. It's true that much male confidence comes from having physical strength, but mainly back then I was super into my hobbies. I think that being really good at something or being witty or standing out in some way shape or form is the biggest thing. The more skills you have to draw from, the more interesting you are, the more worldly you are, and more capable in various situations. Other people can sense this on you.

Releasing attachment is also key. Understanding the universe around you helps. When it comes to women, if you have their true nature internalized, you know that none of them are special enough for you to get hung up on, because there's always another one, and there's only one of you. Your time is valuable, your resources are valuable, and it's ridiculous that you would go chasing after some chick to just throw those things at her. She wants your resources (or even just the appearance of resources). That's way more important, and more scarce than her pussy will ever be.

One way I release attachment is by feeling thankful for everything I do have. I still work and scheme and plan how I'm going to get more and more, but at every stage of the game I feel happy for everything I do actually have, both tangible and intangible. If what I've built goes away, I know that I can just build some version of it again because what's inside of me cannot be taken away or used up. It's actually from this standpoint that I do have true abundance, because I believe that I am enough. To take it further, from this strong position, you can afford much generosity and kindness toward others.

thats fair enough, keep gaming. abundance isnt something you can just apply. Fake it till you make it, doesnt work for every guy. Just keep getting better, keep playing the game, eventually when you have 4+ girls in rotation, you will start to understand it better.

Supply and Demand.

If women think your demand is high and their supply is low,
then they WILL drive up their prices and decrease their services.

Abundance Mentality is letting them know, that their price cannot be driven up.

A women's value is obvious, a man's must be demonstrated. But you are lucky here, in that women can be tricked. Demonstration can be mostly fabricated, and they will struggle to know the difference.
