The first thing is to meet women in real life. I have had more success this way.

Second is to date shorter women (3 inches short than you for example).

The biggest thing is you have to realize that height doesn’t matter to every woman. Seriously, some do not care. It’s about trying to meet a person like that.

Stop stressing about it. Simple as that. Be confident in who you are. Grown ass women don't care about your height. We care how you carry yourself. If you come across defeated, it repels us.

Im 5’6 been with two girls that were taller than me one was 5’9 and the other was 5’7 and ofc ive been with many girls shorter than me. The one that was 5’9 was just a sneaky link but she did admit it once to me that she wished I was taller it didn’t bother me but it is what it is. Stop thinking about it. Yes, women prefer taller guys. But thinking about how you're short and not good enough will destroy your confidence and cause women to reject you. You need to never think about yourself around women, period. Just focus on enjoying the moment and her.

Apps will suck because they're built on measurable metrics. you need to learn to intentionally join/build social circles. This, done correctly, will get you face to face with women much more frequently. As an added bonus, you come with a certain amount of proof that you're not some weirdo, because you have mutual friends which means someone they're socially compatible with is also compatible with you.

Sure, you can wear height enhancing shoes, you can wear more black, you can have better posture. All are okay ideas, but none of them will move the needle much if youre bad at the game, so thats what you want to focus on.

I'm avg height at 5'10 but the simplest advice I can give is that dating apps are a fools errand if you're below avg height.

You should solely focus on meeting women IRL. Apps are like choosing off a menu for women. You're dead in the water if you're under 5'9 since most chicks assume you're exaggerating by at least an inch anyway.

I've never been quite sure what is meant by 'height matters', in the sense of it being a stand alone issue, or an issue combined with other factors? For example, a tall guy with an above average face has the advantage over a short guy with an above average face, but the latter has the advantage of both tall and short guys with below average faces. If you're tall and below average you're really going to stand out as such and when the women notice you in the crowd she's going to immediately look back down and go for the better looking guy that's the same height as her. Believe me, I see short guys with attractive women all the time while I walk around like a 6ft ghost.

Wear Alexander mcqueens for an extra inch or so and improve your looks to the point to where you don’t second guess as much. But you have to also develop some swagger and confidence to you because you may not automatically stand out based on height and physically features alone. My brother is 5’4 and has no issues.
