Most likely she wanted you to lead the escalation and make her feel comfortable. She wanted this to be "your fault," as in youre leading and making this happen. It kind of sounds like you didn't step up in that moment.

Don't worry about it man. The vibes were weird. Other people are saying you should lead or whatever but I understand. I can't escalate if the vibe is off either. Its not worth it either, you never know with these women if she feels weird before something happens she might try to claim she didn't want it afterwards. There will be more women.
