Redpillers who've lost weight, how did it change you as a person and your interactions with women?

Losing weight made me lose all respect for fat people. I get called cute all the time by girls and it's easy to get attention and I'm not even that attractive. When I was fat i was more or less invisible unless I called attention to myself.

Now it has to be said, I lost 40 kg before I started lifting and I am just now starting to reach my ideal weight and putting on some muscles that show. My thoughts and experiences are from recent months.

I have lost 100% of my attraction to people I consider overweight/obese. I generally don't enjoy being around them anymore.

I get more looks and attention, for the first time in my life I had HB7 initiate a conversation with me the other night.

I feel generally more confident when talking to women, not so shy as before and I can keep eye contact more now than before. Maybe it has something to do with the weight loss or that I put myself more out there.

People compliment me, but they also tell me it's enough, usually from people who could lose a few pounds (crab mentality). I have still yet to reach my ideal weight.

Weight is a red herring, in reality low body fat is a hallmark of high testosterone / good genetic (expression).

Needless to say, high testosterone naturally makes you slay like dracula and get more ass than a toilet seat.

Women become inherently attracted to me; game is something more akin to maintaining the attraction my good looks build rather than it being a way to build attraction from null. It is the difference between, "Why should I be attracted to this guy," (Being fat) and, "Why shouldn't I be attracted to this guy?" (Being ripped like Hulk Hogan's t-shirt)

Was 6'2 almost 300lbs (135kg) in October 2013, 202lb (92kg) at the end of my 2 year long diet, and 210lb (97kg) this morning.

In simple terms, I was a kissless virgin for 26 years, after losing that weight, and overall some major changes, it's been 9 months since I've started "dating" and I have 10 notches on my bedpost, most of them plates or ex plates now.

Looks are looks, no matter how much some guys want to deny it, if you want to be sexually successful with women, and by successful I mean TRP levels of successful, not just being able to get a GF, you need a good physique.

Open with your looks, close with your brain.

I was around 360lbs and was miserable, I ended up getting weight loss surgery (best thing I ever did) I have to date lost around 130 lbs. Weightlifting was difficult because it would mess with my head. Scale going up still scares me.

BUT as others have said the amount of unsolicited attention you get from women is unimaginable. That boosts your confidence which also helps game. Be at a healthy weight, have some muscle and that puts you ahead of 70% of guys out there.

You are more active in your life, sports, entertainment (been on more rollercoaster in the past year than I did previous 15), and your pursuits of women. Not to mention the health improvements, diabetes... Gone , sleep apnoea..... Gone, being out of breath going up a flight of stairs....gone, being able to tie my shoes with out having to hold my breath.

TLDR: Unless you are underweight ALREADY, then there only good things about losing weight

It didn't, at least not immediately. Even after having lost 50kg and looking great my confidence was still quite low.

The thing that made a difference was lifting weights. As I became stronger and more muscular, my confidence slowly started to rise.

Yes, losing weight helps immensely. I lost more than 50lbs while building some muscle, i am now pretty much normal weight (but still not completely lean) and women notice it, they treat you differently, i even got approached by girls in bars. So yes, there is a reason why everyone at TRP is telling others to start lifting. It basically means: get fit, lose fat, gain muscle, live healthy.

Was around 207 lbs in January when I started (my highest was 225), now around 185, still got 20 lbs left. My college weight was 195 and it was not a good 195 either. I lifted heavy but ate like shit as well. Now that I am on a cut, my lifts have stalled and it takes a lot of mental effort to tell myself to not eat a lot since lifting stimulates more hunger and you feel the need to make those gainz.

My ex's BFF saw me after about 8-12 months for the first time and I could see the look on her face at how I looked. Amazing to think I am only 50% there in terms of my goals. A lot of people have been telling me I've lost weight which really helps and I have gotten an increase in looks from women which is something I am not used to but am building up on capitalizing after noticing them after the fact.

After all is said and done, I feel so much better this point in my life than I have in any point in my life and it's all inner game. Regardless of the words of others saying I've lost weight (which is incredibly motivating), you need to look within yourself and tell yourself you can do it and eventually you will begin to believe it and live it.

Best decision in my life. I went from plain to buff when I was a wee lad, getting over a bad breakup and using monk mode to bounce back. When I re-entered into the dating scene, it was like night and day.

Food for thought: if you can't take care of yourself, what makes you think a women will believe that you can provide for her and her offspring?

The simple yet important thing that losing weight, working out demonstrates is that you are taking care of yourself. Compare that to a person seemingly not doing so and tell me which one do you respect and feel attracted to more?

Used to be an easy 215lbs at +35% bf. Am now 176 11% in the middle of a cut after a very successful bulk.

Not only did I lose weight, I became an amateur bodybuilder. Had a lot of role models show me the whey and now I'm looking sick.

Every day I'm reminded of how fucking sweet it that I decided to do this. Each workout I humble myself with the iron and every day is a mixture of feelz when I'm approached by others asking me for tips or girls eyeing me.

I get agitated easily at others because they remind me of my stupid self.

Went out over the weekend and had my first beer in 3 months. Had a fattie come up to me and tell me he recognized me from the gym, starting talking me up and praising me like some famous person.

Later, he goes

'I can't stop eating fast food. I lift to eat. I workout 4 or 5 times a week but I'll easily eat just as often much fast food. Love that shit. Drink like a fish too. I don't know how you do it.'

Behold, the male hamster. Funny how everyone always spills their rational on why they don't lift when they're around me.

I can't stand fat people. I fucking hate how shittily polluted our grocery markets are with such garbage. Do you know how hard it is to grab a decent meal on the run in Canada? For fuck's sakes 1/3 adults in North America are obese.

Do you even fucking lift.

i do my gaining seasons during the colder months, and transition into dieting/leaning out seasons before the warmer months show up.

during the colder months, i pack on a little bit of fat (as comes with "bulking"), and my face bloats noticeably. i also get quite pale as i don't really bother spending time in the sun when it's cold out.

needless to say, im not particularly attractive during these times.

during the warmer months, i get really lean, and tan.. and the treatment from the girls is noticeably different. i look like an entirely different person, and get treated as such.

I've always seemed to get more attention from women when I've been pretty trim. You don't necessarily need to have huge muscles if you appear trim and in-shape. This could also correlate to the fact that I also felt more confident and alive because I was maintaining an active lifestyle.

There's a reason why lifting is so important. Physiologically it's the easiest way to stimulate fat loss, increase testosterone, and improve your physique in the shortest amount of time.

Go strap a 10 to 20lb bag to your chest. Better yet if you can measure it to move you to 30%bf. (be careful not to do anything strenuous)

Walk around, sit, do your shit for an hour or two.

Now take it off.
