I'm also on a every 2 or 3 night schedule. Works for me (I'm late 40's, wife early 40's, so not always looking for it daily) and her. I don't have to stress about overly gaming my wife each and other day just to get some. Just because you have a regular schedule doesn't mean you get lazy and stop flirting, touching her, grabbing ass and pussy and sexualizing conversations, even (and especially) on your "off" days.

You're having engaged (often enthusiastic) sex with your wife 2-3 times per week, am I right?

Scheduled sex does not necessarily make it duty sex and duty sex is not necessarily bad... you can't realistically expect porn star romps every time. The fact that she cares enough about your needs to commit to a schedule (and occasionally more) is a good thing.

As in all things, go by what she does... When you're getting starfish or "I'm hating you with my vagina" sex, then you have a reason to be worried.

We have a very similar situation. With kids schedules and what not there are only a few windows where we are free from dealing with the kids, alone together, and not exhausted. I have been aiming to get out of the schedule as it feels non-alpha having read this sub, but I am not sure.

Sometimes we are enthusiastic and sometimes less so. It seems she is always willing if obvious obstacles are not present (a present child, one of us is sick, etc). As my lifting has progressed I get enthusiasm more often.
