Not a major FR, but something I found interesting:

Background/bragging: My kid is naturally the AMOG with his peers. He is the strongest, fastest, and smartest of all of the kids at school, soccer, wrestling, wherever he tends to be. I know every parent things this, but this is 100% accurate. Intellectually, he is multiple grades ahead, athletically he dominates. His school decided to hold their own "olypmics" this year, with a range of events, I think 8 in total. He won everything except for dancing. (side story: Because of him they ended up saying everybody is a winner and tossing the cheap medals they had bought.) He tends to get a reputation in these circles.

On a good number of occasions now I have noticed that when I'm at functions, sports, playground, etc. when chatting with moms their IOIs perk up instantaneously when the find out I'm his dad. One time it was a wife and husband, and when they found out she perked right up and simultaneously the dad looked down and away. Moms are always finding ways to want my contact info.

Also, I've noticed that my wife will get a little amped up after he does well at sports. It's a little creepy to say, but I'm sure it is related. Confirmation of my value (in this case genetic). Anyway, not really groundbreaking stuff, but I guess another example of AWALT.
