Download Baconreader or a similar app on your phone or tablet and browse using that. It also gives you something to read while you're taking a dump.

First, because you shouldn't have to feel bad about going on a fucking internet forum. If your little beta male hamster is trying to tell you to feel bad (you shouldn't) just rationalize it as you trying to fix your marriage. I would hide it not because I was worried about her judgement or whatever but because at first you're going to fake it til you make it and it's going to be a LOT harder to fake when she KNOWS what you're doing.

Google "incognito mode" + pretty much any browser.

There are a few apps for mobile, take that dude above up on his offer to recommend the best one.

I disagree with the sentiment of leaving it open for her to see.

People are allowed to have personal shit they want to keep to themselves.

If you went to a therapist or a group for advice and support, you wouldn't bring her the transcript after.

It's also okay to not repeat conversations from the mens locker room.

If your wife ever discovers RP on your laptop, have a plan ready about how you will talk to her about it from "Don't worry your pretty little head, it's a relationship site hun" all the way to "Bridges on Fire ! Bridges on Fire ! Emergency Unplugging Incoming !"

Be prepared.

Then you'll know what you are going to do if she ever trips across it.

I won't recommend exposing her to it. But if you get an emergency scenario hit me with a PM.

I unplugged my wife after she discovered my MRP posts/comments. I was leaving them out for her to find. Only a couple of us have experience in this scenario if it occurs. I don't think anyone would recommend unplugging their wives to the vast majority of posters though. I certainly won't.

Still, if you end up in this spot... PM me and (possibly) BPP... We've been through this flaming hoop. We can talk about how to land on the other side.

I use incognito mode in chrome. I also go through a proxy server so she can't intercept my traffic (not that I think she'd do that and I got the proxy server before I began with RP).

I do not want my wife to see what I am writing here. It is too personal. I do not want her to know the RP techniques either.

My wife has asked me about what I'm reading, and I have simply said that it is a male space. The conversation is considered private and none of her business, and if she tries to find it I will take that just like I would if she secretly recorded me when I was with my friends.

The problem with incognito mode in both Chrome and Firefox is that she knows you're online but not showing history. She will then think that you're hiding shit. Just assume outcome independence and keep reading and browsing. Nothing we write here is bad for the marriage.

A month ago, my wife though I was cheating and/or preparing to cheat and insisted on reading my reddit post history from my phone. I let her. She went through a bunch of different emotions but overall it was a positive experience.

Also be REALLY careful with all the sync-across-devices and cached entries that is going on these days. That goes for bookmarks, open pages, history, remembered user name field entries (some mobile devices are nasty with this and the device's keyboard software will log them even in incognito mode), and web site adress entry suggestions.

You need to test your stuff. Open MRP on one device, try to find it on another device's history. Write part of the URL and see it is suggested. Go to reddit and see if it suggests your MRP account. Etc.

While its not a good idea to tell the wife (or other people) about MRP, you should be working toward a point where you don't give a fuck what the wife thinks about your self-improvement. So stop giving a fuck if she snoops and asks "what's this?"

I'll use my phone primarily. Incognito or private mode on the device works well and you can browse when they're not around. If she is, I'll either open a second window and spend time on other forums I frequent.

Is it lying? Maybe. I know being honest is something of a tenant, but I feel that its also important to "just get it" and not let her see me turning knobs behind the curtain.

Why do you have an open door policy with your wife? It is nothing that you should be happy with. Women love a bit of mystery. I act upon what I learn . I don't talk unless Im giving a RP based insight on some relationship she is commenting upon but I NEVER mention or show her the sites/forums that I visit.
