Whats up TRP,

I have a little story to share with you guys. I work at a commercial gym as a personal trainer, and it's extremely common sense to look the part. If you walk in at 30% body-fat and expect to get hired - you're not going to be very successful.

So right now our gym is currently hiring new personal trainers. I was just chilling when I saw a busty short gal walking in for an interview with our fitness manager. A short description: About 4'10 tall, looks like about 25-30% body-fat, purple dyed hair. This girl did NOT look anything like a personal trainer would be.

I'm close to my manager, he's only a year older than me. He's extremely hard working and good at what he does. Extremely professional and successful for a 22 year old. Looks like a really mean person though.

After the interview.. she leaves. manager told her that he'd look over her resume some more and give her a call about her hiring status. Her resume was thrown into a pile of other rejected resumes. He didn't like her, and felt like she was suited for the job (obviously).

Fast forward to a week later, she comes in to talk to my manager about her status. He told her a white lie saying that positions filled up. He apologized, she stormed out.

That same day a yelp review of the gym was posted, it was that same woman that got rejected.

I won't copy/paste the whole review but here's a small part of it:

After the interview, he gave me his personal number to follow up with him later that day. I thanked him for the interview, and then he proceeded to ask me out via text. It then turned into a blackmail situation that if I didn't do sexual favors for him, I wouldn't get the job. I felt so violated.

There was a HUGE mess after this review was posted. Corporate started blowing up my managers phone. He had to drive hours away to meetings to the corporate office to fight for his job.

If it wasn't for his successful numbers he brought to the company he would have been fired.

My manager/friend almost lost his job because a woman was butthurt from being rejected a job. I know TRP isn't about hating women, but sometimes it gets extremely hard.
