Once you know a guy is a nvm/lvm - once he's not lived up to your standards, disrespected you, abused you, cheated on you, or otherwise demonstrated his lack of value - he becomes toxic waste for you. Think of him and his messages and calls as something that will actually harm you long-term if you continue to engage, or get anywhere near - because he is, and they are.
