Delayed response thread I guess, but it's been on my mind and I have some time.

One of the biggest takeaways I had from the early reading RP days was "women care about who's doing it, not what you're doing". I agree with this 100%. Go through self improvement and looksmaxing long enough and you'll see that all of a sudden your your stories are more interesting and your jokes are funnier. Sometimes with the same women.

In the other thread the OP had an example of "cool" asking why TRP doesn't have any advice to look like this or some derivative. Most people called them fags.

Here's a guy pulling off (imo) the same look on the right https://scontent-ort2-2.xx.fbcdn.net/v/t1.0-9/58745199_1438429229633274_8938346840177246208_n.jpg?_nc_cat=103&_nc_ht=scontent-ort2-2.xx&oh=3191f93fe6bd71edb37404648e95ff9b&oe=5D620A48 What's the difference? The OP's image had 3 guys clearly way out of shape and old and a manlet all looking like they're overcompensating. Every hardcore show I go to there's always one guy decked out in full "live at CBGB's" attire who's 6'2, fit, and has the jawline, and came with his smoking hot girlfriend who's wearing spiderweb leggings

What it comes down to is, if you're an attractive, confident guy, what you're doing is cool. The guys trying to imitate what the attractive, confident guys are doing without having those 2 things are completely wasting their time. This is also where the "just be yourself" advice comes from, because if you're there you will pull girls just doing whatever puts a smile on your face. Regardless of what it is. You can go be an attractive, confident gymrat, club guy, successful corporate guy, music scene guy, nerdy video game streamer, nerdy MTG player, anime convention guy. Whatever the fuck you want. Can't give advice on this because everyone likes something different.

Oh and the people who really need advice on cool, the IT guys who get a raise and buy a loaded 2020 toyota camry because it's fuel efficient. They're hopeless cases.
